of California has modified its Unemployment Insurance Notice
on October 03, 2003. This notice informs California Workers'
of their Unemployment Benefits, State Disability Benefits,
and Paid Family Leave Benefits.

California State Labor Law is dedicated in providing California

State Labor Law's Mandatory Posting Requirements. California
State Labor Law requires that California businesses must post
the Time Off to Voting Notice, Payday Notice, Workers' Compensation,
State Disability Insurance, Access to Medical and Exposure Records,
OSHA - Health and Safety Protection, Unemployment Insurance,
Family Rights Act Notice A & B, Minimum Wage, Discrimination
Notice, Paid Family Medical Leave, and the Whistleblower Protection
Act Notice. Below is a more detailed description of what the
California Department of Labor requires employers doing business
in the State of California to post for their employees to view.

- Time Off to Voting Notice
If a voter does not have sufficient time outside of working
hours to vote at a statewide election, the voter may, without
loss of pay, take off enough working time which when added
to the voting time available outside of working hours will
enable the voter to vote.
- Payday Notice
This notice must specify the regular paydays and the time
and place of payment. An employer developed notice is permitted.
- Workers' Compensation
All employers, except the state, are required to have workers'
compensation insurance to cover injuries or illnesses sustained
on the job.
- State Disability Insurance
When you are unable to work or reduce your work hours because
of sickness, injury, or pregnancy, you may be eligible to
receive State Disability Insurance benefits.
- Access to Medical and
Exposure Records
By CAL OSHA Regulation - General industry safety order 3204
- You have the right to see and copy:
Your medical records and records of exposure to toxic substances
or harmful physical agents.
- Notice to Employees
Unemployment Insurance Benefits
This employer is registered under the California Unemployment
Insurance Code and is reporting wage credits that are being
accumulated for you to be used as a basis for unemployment
insurance benefits.
- Family rights Act Notice
A & B
Under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA),
if you are disabled by pregnancy, childbirth or related
medical conditions, you are
eligible to take a pregnancy disability leave (PDL).
- Minimum Wage
Every employer shall pay to each employee wages not less
than the following:

-Marital Status -Denial of Family and Medical Care Leave
-National Origin (Including Language limitations) - Ancestry

- Smoking Policy
Signage must be posted as to where smoking is prohibited/permitted
in a place of employment. This law is enforced by local
law enforcement agencies.
- Edd UI,SDI,PFL Notice
This employer is registered under the california unemployment
insurance code and is reporting wage credits that are being
accumulated for you to be used as a basis for.
- Whistleblower Protection
Act
The office of the Attorney General shall maintain a whistleblower
hotline to receive calls from persons who have information
regarding possible violations of state or federal statutes,
rules, or regulations, or violations of fiduciary responsibility
by a corporation or limited liability company to its
shareholders, investors, or employees.

of unpaid, job protected leave to “eligible”
